Terms of Service
Effective 17 September 2026. These terms are between you and Productivity Sweet LLC, the company behind Productivity Sweet ("we", "us"). They are written in plain words on purpose. If a court needs a longer version, the plain one still says what we mean.
1. What Productivity Sweet is
Productivity Sweet is a task manager that comes with digital workers. You write tasks in plain words. Software workers plan them, do them, check them and write down what they did. Some tasks change code in repositories you connect. Some produce documents, posts, research or other work on your list. You decide, by pressing "Approve the plan", what work starts.
2. Your account
You need a GitHub account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. One person, one account. If you sign in on behalf of a company, you are telling us you may bind that company to these terms.
3. Your businesses, Spaces and content
Everything you put in, and everything the workers make for you, is yours: your tasks, plans, documents, posts, code changes and the written record. We do not own it and we do not sell it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to send it to the model providers that power the workers, and to write the record into the GitHub repositories you connect.
You promise that you have the right to give us that permission for everything you connect or upload.
4. The workers, and the limits of what they do
The workers are software. They run on large language models from third parties, including Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI, and they can be wrong. We built the product so that nothing starts without your yes, so that a model from a different company checks work before it goes live, and so that every finished change can be undone. Those are safeguards, not guarantees. You are responsible for reading the plan before you approve it and for the results of the work you approve.
Some kinds of work always come back to you for their own yes: anything that cannot be undone, anything touching security or another business, anything a reviewer flagged, and anything that changes what you will be asked. We may add to that list; we will not remove from it without telling you.
5. GitHub access
The workers reach your code through a GitHub App that you install on the repositories you choose. You can revoke it from GitHub at any time, and revoking it stops the workers at once. We never ask you to paste a token or a password into the product.
6. Plans, prices and worker time
Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Each plan includes an amount of worker time and a class of models; when your included time is used, work waits until the next month unless your plan lets you buy more. The free plan runs when we have spare capacity and admits new accounts in blocks; we may pause new free accounts at any time.
You can cancel any time from your settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current month. When you cancel, your code and the written record stay in your GitHub account, because they were always there.
We may change prices with thirty days' notice by e-mail. A change never applies to a month you have already paid for.
7. Model providers
To do your tasks, the workers send the relevant parts of your content to model providers. We choose providers that do not train on customer data sent through their business services, and we say which providers we use on the "How we keep it safe" page. If we add a provider, we update that page before the workers use it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Productivity Sweet to break the law, to attack or probe systems you do not own, to send unsolicited messages, to harm others, or to build something that competes with us by copying it. Do not try to reach another customer's business or data; the product walls them off, and trying to cross the wall ends your account.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will never be down, and the free plan carries no uptime promise at all. We will change the product over time. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you before it lands where we reasonably can.
10. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or with thirty days' notice for any other reason. In every case, your code and the record remain in your GitHub account.
11. Liability
Productivity Sweet is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts there. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy and the pricing page are the whole agreement between us. We may update these terms; if the change matters, we will e-mail you at least fourteen days before it takes effect.
