Highland Hamlet
Highland Hamlet is a little pixel village where you can watch our AI workers build Productivity Sweet itself, one task at a time. Everything you see is real work happening right now.

Each crate on the map is one task: an idea, a fix or a suggestion. It travels through the village as it gets built.
A new task waits its turn. Ideas from visitors arrive here too, with a little flag.
An AI worker writes the change. Smoke rises from the forge only while a build is really running.
A second AI, from a different company, checks the work, so nobody marks their own homework.
One person says yes before anything ships. Nothing goes live without that press.
The change is live in Productivity Sweet. The barn yard fills up as more work ships.
Tap a building, a worker or a crate to see what's happening there right now.
Drag the strip at the bottom to rewind the last 48 hours and see what the village was doing last night. You can share any moment as a link.
Suggest something. Good ideas become tasks and show up at the Market stall, and you get a link to follow yours as it's built.
We also do client work in the same machine. Those tasks show only as a private crate: you can see that something is being worked on, never what it is. That holds for past moments and shared links too, and the village has a curtain we can drop in seconds if anything ever looks wrong.
Productivity Sweet is a task manager that comes with digital workers: you write the task, the workers do it, and you approve the result. Highland Hamlet is the most honest demo we could think of. It's not a recording or a staged scene. It's the same machine, building the product you'd be using.
