Privacy Policy
Effective 17 September 2026. This policy explains what Productivity Sweet, made by Productivity Sweet LLC, collects about you, why, and what we do with it. Plain words on purpose.
1. What we collect
Your account. When you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, display name, e-mail address and avatar. We store them to run your account and to write the record under your name.
Your content. The tasks you write, the plans the workers write back, your answers, the documents, posts and research the workers produce, and the code changes they make in the repositories you connect. This is the product, so we store it for as long as your account exists.
Your repositories. When you install our GitHub App on a repository, the workers read its code to do tasks and write back one change per finished task, plus the record as issues and pull requests. We keep a working copy on our servers while tasks run.
Usage. Which pages of the product you open and when, so the Morning Log and the "what needs you" list work, and so we can see what is slow or broken. We do not use third-party analytics on the product or the site.
The waiting line. If you join the waiting line on our site, we store the name, e-mail address, GitHub handle and first task you give us, so we can write to you when your block opens.
Billing. Our payment provider stores your card. We store the plan you are on and your invoices, never the card number.
We do not collect more than this, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
2. How we use it
To run the product: to plan, do, check and record your tasks; to show you what needs you; to write the Morning Log; to bill you; and to write to you about your account. We use the record to improve the product by reading what broke and what got asked, not by training models on your content.
3. Who sees it
Model providers. The workers run on large language models from Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI. To do a task they receive the relevant parts of your content: the task, the plan, the files a change touches, and the context they need. We use these providers' business services, which do not train on the data sent through them. The "How we keep it safe" page lists the providers in use.
GitHub. The record is written into your own GitHub account, under GitHub's own terms.
Our infrastructure. Your content is stored on servers we run. Today the workers run on our node, not yours; the safety page says so and will say when that changes.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to anyone except when the law requires it, and then only what is required.
4. Businesses are walled off
Each business you run is walled off from every other business in the data layer. A worker on one business cannot read another business's tasks, plans or record, and the same is true of people: you see the businesses you are part of and no others.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
Your data is stored in the United States on servers we operate. Your content stays as long as your account does. When you delete your account, we delete your content and the working copies of your repositories from our servers within thirty days; the record already in your GitHub account stays there, because it is yours. Waiting-line entries are deleted once you have an account or after a year, whichever comes first. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
6. Cookies
The product uses one cookie to keep you signed in. The site uses none.
7. Your rights
You can see everything we hold about you by opening your account and your GitHub record; there is nothing hidden elsewhere. You can correct your details in settings, export your content (it is already in your GitHub), and delete your account from settings. If you are in a place whose law gives you further rights over your data, you have them, and you can exercise them by writing to us.
8. Children
Productivity Sweet is for adults running work. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will e-mail you before the change takes effect and keep the previous version available.
