Productivity Sweet started in 2014 as a task manager you could bend to your own process. Twelve years on, the tasks come with workers.
Why it exists.
We ran several small software businesses with no engineer on staff and no wish to read code. Every change was a ticket, a wait, an invoice, and a merge we could not read. The list of small things never got shorter.
So we built the list we wanted. Plain words in. A plan you can read. One yes. Workers that show their work, and a second company's model that checks it before anything goes live.

How we work.
Workers are named by what they do
Planner, Builder, Verifier, Librarian. Never a first name you have to remember.
“We could not look” is a state we show
Never a calm empty screen. If the workers could not check something, the task says so.
Numbers only when they are real and dated
No invented stats, no borrowed quotes. Where a number belongs and none exists yet, we leave the space.
Your code and your record stay in your GitHub
Everything the workers make is written in your own account. You can leave any day with all of it.
